The LINN Group services include the review and development of voluntary and mandatory Codes of Practices in terms of sections 9.1 and 9.2 of the MHSA (i.e. Thermal Stress, Emergency Preparedness, Lamp Room Procedures Noise Management, Airborne Pollutants, Explosion Prevention, Ventilation of Continuous Miner Headings and Mine Wide Environmental Monitoring Systems).

We undertake Occupational Hygiene Risk Assessments in terms of the MHSA as well as investigations in terms of section 11.5 of the MHSA provides the client with the services of a part time Occupational Hygienist (12.1 appointee), conduct audits on legal compliance, develop mine standards, standard operating procedures, systems and determines operational compliance interfaces with managerial standards, systems or procedures.
